Form fields are standardized for easy import/export & integration with other tools.
By using standardized fields, patients with existing Akashic accounts can pre-populate your forms with a simple click of a button – saving everyone time.
When someone submits a form we encrypt the data, transmit it through our secure API using SSL/TLS & store the data on our encrypted HIPAA compliant database.
Forms are automatically attached to the patient & can be accessed from your portal dashboard.
Optional secure file upload is available to allow
Every aspect of the form history is logged for auditing & back-tracing if needed.
